WorldBlu is a groundbreaking organization working to promote existing democratic workplaces and champion the growth of new ones. They do this through a range of programs and services that enable business leaders to design, develop, and lead the most successful democratic organizations in the world, such as Zappos, HCL, and Great Harvest Bread Company.

May has been a long time partner of WorldBlu. We recently launched the organization's second site redesign that better showcases WorldBlu's core values and brand identity. The new site is contemporary and flexible, allowing for phased out seasons of growth in the future. This site was initially designed, developed, and launched in a 2 week timeframe.
